Getting started can be nerve-racking, but we’ve streamlined the process and will introduce you to your dedicated team. We’ll then provide you with a detailed timeline for the transition process, including various milestones, so you know exactly what to expect over the next several months.
Identifying exactly how to best support you.
Working alongside you and your team, we’ll identify the areas you’d benefit most from our human solutions. Together, we’ll aslo choose which processes to implement and conduct an initial analysis on your current patient panel. With these findings, we’ll be able to customize our offerings to best empower you for success.
Connecting your practice with all eligible payors.
We’ll commence the credentialling process with all eligible payors that you agree to partner with. The varied reporting requirements for each payor will be standardized to simplify any operational requirements.
Learning all the new tools and approaches.
This is when we’ll introduce you to all the new tools and approaches that you’ll now have at your disposal. We’ll train you to effectively leverage our leading technologies so that you can have actionable patient insights when you need them. You’ll also learn how our teams operate to support your efforts and your patients.
Implementing new approaches and tools.
Once all initial training has been completed, we’ll begin the implementation process in phases. Our goal is to limit any impact in your ongoing operations as we thoughtfully introduce new time-saving and knowledge improving methodologies and tools.
